We are a Korean perfume brand currently reviewing potential ADR-certified 3PL partners in the EU.<\/p>\n
Our products are alcohol-based perfumes classified as Dangerous Goods (ADR Class 3). We are therefore looking for a logistics partner that can support import, storage, and outbound operations within Europe.<\/p>\n
At a high level, our anticipated scope of operations would include:
\n– Support with import customs clearance
\n– Receiving, unloading, and storage of finished perfume products (DG Class 3)
\n– B2B order fulfillment, including carton or pallet labeling if required
\n– Small-parcel outbound shipments for marketing and PR purposes across Europe (EU + UK + Switzerland, etc.)
\n– Coordination of flammable goods shipments through approved and compliant carriers
\n– Basic inventory management and reporting<\/p>\n
Regarding planned volumes and operations for early 2026, our current plan is as follows:
\nAn initial inbound shipment of approximately 10,000 units across around 10 SKUs. Of this initial inventory, roughly 50% is intended for B2B distribution, with the remaining 50% allocated to influencer seeding and PR activities. Restocking will be planned once approximately 50% of the initial inventory has been sold.<\/p>\n
Storage Requirements
\nInitial Inventory: 10,000 units (10 SKUs)
\nEstimated Space: 8\u201310 pallets (subject to final carton dimensions)
\nStorage Type: A mix of pallet and shelf storage for picking efficiency<\/p>\n
B2B Operations
\n– Monthly Volume: Occasional bulk orders (processed as they arise)
\n– Shipment Unit: Primarily full cartons or palletized shipments
\n– Average Picks per Order: Bulk picks (ranging from dozens to hundreds of units)
\n– Average Shipment Weight: Approx. 65 kg
\n– Packaging: We would prefer to use your packaging materials, including ADR-compliant packaging<\/p>\n
D2C & PR Operations (Online Store & Seeding)
\n– Monthly Volume: Approx. 100 units per month initially (expected to scale)
\n– Shipment Unit: Individual small parcels
\n– Average Picks per Order: Approx. 1\u20132 items per order
\n– Average Shipment Weight: Approx. 0.3\u20130.5 kg (including product packaging)
\n– Web Platform: Primarily our own D2C online store
\n– Packaging: We would prefer to use your packaging materials<\/p>\n

Additionally, for Netherlands VAT registration, we may require a Letter of Intent (LOI) or a warehouse confirmation letter, and I would appreciate it if you could advise whether this would be possible.<\/p>\n
