Zendeq provides as a service an Application Platform on which supply and demand of Shippers and Carriers are brought together in connection with sourcing and buying of freight, transport and warehousing services. After registration with the Service, Users can conclude Contracts of Carriage through the Service. Zendeq is not a party in any way to the Contract of Carriage. Zendeq also does not provide transportation services or act in any way as a carrier, forwarding agent, freight forwarder, shipper association, or any (other) logistics service provider or similar concept under any law, convention or regulation. The Contract of Carriage will always been concluded directly between Shipper and Service Provider. The Terms and Conditions agreed between Users should apply in case of a dispute between a Shipper and a Service Provider.
Zendeq is not involved in the Contract of Carriage and the performance of the transport and does not become a party to the Contract of Carriage.
Zendeq is not responsible for any disputes that arise between the Users, nor is Zendeq obliged to receive or process, complaints against the Users or resolve disputes between the Users, unless the complaint concerns the performance of Zendeq’s legal or contractual obligations under this Agreement.

Mendix is also taking care of the hosting and storage of your data. Mendix is utilizing the Amazon Web Services (AWS) datacenters for data storage.

The Zendeq business model is solely based upon Shippers and Service Providers subscribing to our Paas software solution for which a fixed monthly fee per user applies. No other charges than the fixed monthly subscription fee per user applies, unless agreed otherwise in a separate agreement between Zendeq and its Client.
You can invite any carrier or Logistics Service Provider (LSP) of your choice. The moment you are registered it is a good idea as a next step to Invite your Business Partners to the Platform as well, in order to make sure they are available on the Platform the by he time you want to send them a quote requets. You can only send quote request to those companies available on the Platform. Your Business Partner will be able to sign up for a free trial.
Yes, after have subscribe yourself you can add as many Users as you want. In case you experience any issues doing this, please contact us via sales@zendeq.com and we will provide you with the required support.
After your trial period has ended and when you have indicated that you would like to continue using ZENDEQ, we will send you an invoice.

A User (User Account) is defined as anyone that has access to their Account through a combination of a username and password. This can be an individual email address but it can also a Group email address. Group email addresses are often used in case a team or group of people work through the same group email account. Maybe your inbound freight department, your Inside sales team, or you outbound freight team. This way a group of people can have access, but you will be seen and charged as 1 User.
I am a Service Provider and my clients are asking me to join Zendeq, else I will not be able to receive their quote requests. I am happy to join Zendeq, but I have no interest to subscribe and pay a monthly fee.
In this case you can join for free. As like anyone else, just sign up for the free trial period, when you were invited to join Zendeq at your customer’s request, you benefit from free access, though with limited features. Yes, Zendeq is for free when you subscribe for a free trial. The trial period will end automatically. In case you would like to continue using Zendeq, you can subscribe for a Zendeq Member ship.
Service Providers that have been invited by their customers to join, get free access. Features will be limited. In case a Service Provider wants access to all features you can upgrade to Membership Account.
In case you wish to continue using Zendeq after the free trial, just subscribe again, only this time you do not select the free trial option, but you select the option: “Zendeq Membership Account”.

In case you want to get a good feel on all available features on Zendeq, it is advised to skip the free trial and leverage all features from the Zendeq Membership account. When applying for a Zendeq account, do not select the free trial option, but select “Zendeq Membership Account“.
Zendeq has launched is first release of its application Platform as a Service (aPaaS) as an so called MVP. An MVP means a Minimal Viable Product. This is a working software solution with the minimal features required. Meaning everything works, but it might no be ideal yet. Features might be missing or are not extremely enhanced. An MVP also often does not yet provide the best in class User Experience. The idea of an MVP is that you go to market with the least possible functionality and only upgrade and enhance on basis of User feedback. On the basis of our User’s feedback we will further invest and ongoingly enhance our product. This means in our philosophy, the development and enhancement of the Zendeq Platform is a joint journey between Zendeq and it’s Users.

After you have applied or signed-up for a Zendeq Account, you will receive a confimation of your request via email. In case you have not received this, check your spam folder. If you have not received this at all, please contact is via mail: support@zendeq.com
It will take around max. 48hours to process your request. When your request is approved you will receive a conformation including your login credentials and instructions to configure your account. It can sometimes happen that this email ends up in your spam folder, so make sure to check that as well.

At Zendeq we believe in transparancy, therefore we make it very visible to you what the Zendeq Value Add is too you as User. This makes it very easy to view to which extend you benefit. How we do that, very simple. We track the number of inquiries that you have received. These are essentially the number of sales leads you have received. These we then show to you in your dashboard.
We show you how many quote requests you have send out to your business partners and assuming you send these to multiple service providers, we show you how much mony you saved.
In case you are a service provider and you also receive quote requests, we also show you how many quote requests you have received and how many of those were awarded to you. This results in the amount of revenue you generated through Zendeq.
A listing at Zendeq will anyway always bring you more value that a listing at worlds most famous search engine, especially considering the the potential (advertising) cost associated, costs per click and SEO/SEA costs.
