We are seeking IOR (Importer of Record) services in Indonesia for a one-time shipment of 100% cotton towels (5000 pcs, HS Code: 6302601090) from China. Due to regulatory restrictions, our company cannot import textile items directly. We are looking for a company that can act as under-name importer and handle the entire process, including shipment, customs clearance, and delivery to our warehouse in Jakarta. Therefore, we are looking for a third-party company that can act as an under-name importer (IOR), meaning the company will import the goods on our behalf using their own licenses and manage the customs and compliance process.\r\n\r\nWhile this request is currently for a one-time shipment, we typically expect to import 2 to 4 times per month, with an anticipated volume growth of around 30% over the next 12 months. If this collaboration is successful, it could potentially lead to a longer-term cooperation.\r\n\r\nWe require complete handling of the import process, including:\r\n\r\nInternational shipment from China to Indonesia\r\n\r\nCustoms clearance and all regulatory requirements\r\n\r\nDelivery to our facility in Jakarta\r\n\r\nThe supplier in China has already been arranged and is responsible for production, labeling, repackaging, and quality control in line with our specifications. The towels are currently in production. The only missing component is a qualified IOR partner in Indonesia to facilitate the legal importation.\r\n\r\nThis is our first experience using IOR services. The target market for the towels is student consumers in Indonesia.
