For US based courier, e-commerce, and baggage shipping company we are actively seeking a reliable customs broker or logistics partner in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
\nScope of Work:
\n1. Customs clearance of consolidated baggage shipments arriving at Amsterdam Airport.
\n2. Dispatch throughout Europe via DPD or other economical delivery networks.<\/p>\n
The Operation Model:
\nWe consolidate multiple customer packages under a single Master Air Waybill (MAWB) shipped from JFK, New York, to Amsterdam Airport via freighter or passenger airline.
\nEach shipment is accompanied by:
\n\u2022 Individual House Air Waybills (HAWB)
\n\u2022 A consolidated manifest
\n\u2022 Individual packing lists
\n\u2022 Passport copies of each customer
\n\u2022 Proof of stay in the U.S. (over six months) or any additional documentation required by customs authorities.
\nWe would appreciate it if you could confirm whether you can provide such customs clearance and European distribution services or suggest a more efficient approach that aligns with EU customs and logistics best practices.

This is an existing operation for which today two different Integrators are being used for shipping from JFK to AMS. Our client is now planning to start their own console.
\nAbout the shipments:
\nEach master will be 600 + Kg
\nEach house awb will be a minimum 22 kg ( 27 X 15 X 16 INCHES ) OR MULTIPLE.
\nThere will be 5 to 7 HAWBs in each master
\nReceipt in Amsterdam. Break down of Master and dispatch HAWB's into Europe (covering all Europe). Lately for last mile transport into Europe DPD was being used for cost\/quality reasons.
\nFrequency: weekly – every Monday<\/p>\n
