We are Swiss founders operating a UAE-based company, and we are currently seeking a 3PL partner for our new project. We have an extensive background in e-commerce, previously managing our own warehouses in Switzerland with a fulfillment capacity of 6,000 orders per day. For this new venture, we are looking for a highly adaptable partner who prioritizes close collaboration.

We are currently registering our company in the Netherlands and must declare a fulfillment partner to confirm we do not operate our own warehouse. Our products are research-only chemicals manufactured in Poland that do not require special licenses or hazardous declarations.

– BAC Water: Stored at room temperature or chilled (never frozen).

– Packing: For each order, the picker will retrieve the research chemical from the freezer and add a BAC Water vial to the box before final packing.

– Shipping: Orders must be dispatched across the EU using insulated bags or box and cool packs to maintain temperature integrity.

Project Details:

– SKUs: 15 different products.

– Initial Stock: 100 units per SKU, delivered pre-sorted.

– Dimensions: Approximately 20 × 6 × 3 cm per product; typical parcel weight is ~1 kg.

– Order Volume: We anticipate approximately 8,000 orders through the end of the year.

While our current volumes are modest, we expect steady growth and are looking for a partner who can scale with us. Please let us know if you can accommodate these requirements and provide a quote for your services.

We look forward to discussing a potential partnership.

["post-82606","warehouse_request","type-warehouse_request","status-publish","hentry","country-uae","send_to-netherlands","send_to-nl-niet-leden","wpbf-post
