INTERNEL provides e-commerce fulfilment and 3PL services from Warsaw, Poland, for brands selling across Europe. We work with growing European online businesses, UK brands serving EU customers, and international merchants establishing their stock and fulfilment operations within the EU.

Our services cover goods receiving, warehousing, inventory management, picking and packing, delivery coordination and returns processing. Clients can keep stock in one central location and fulfil orders to multiple European markets, with visibility of inventory and order status through our warehouse management system and e-commerce integrations.

We handle small and medium-sized products suitable for parcel delivery, including dietary supplements, cosmetics, consumer electronics, books and other consumer goods. Batch tracking and expiry date control are available where required. Returns services include product inspection, classification, repacking and restocking, supported by local return points in selected European markets.

All outbound orders are packed using plastic-free materials, including FSC-certified cardboard boxes, paper tape and paper fillers. Our fulfilment centre holds EU Organic (BIO) certification for the storage and handling of certified organic products.

We agree receiving, packing and returns procedures with each client before operations begin, so our team knows how their products should be handled and when a decision needs to be referred back to them.
